The Council is always looking for new Council members who want to participate in University activities. Members work on a variety of committees that promote the University, such as community projects, scholarships, and other public services projects. Recent activities include visiting the Utah State Legislature to lobby for University funding, honoring the Veterans of World War II, a 1960's decade reunion, Classes Without Quizzes, volunteering for golf tournaments and 5K runs to earn money for scholarships, as well as volunteering for other activities promoted by the WSU Alumni Association.
