ADMINISTRATION OF COMMITTEE

Membership

• Subsequent chairs of the Matthew Shepard Scholarship Committee will be appointed by the current chair.
• The chair will also consult with the entire Committee as current members recommend their replacements.
• If a committee member is unable to find a replacement the existing committee members will nominate new members who may be appointed upon the agreement of the full committee.
