Gloria motioned to approve, Cindy seconded.

Awards and Thank-you letters were given to members of PSAC that are leaving their positions.

Drew started the election process by asking for nominations for Vice-Chair. The new Vice-Chair is Cindy Stokes. The new Secretary-Treasurer is Shelley Henson.

Anyone wanting tickets to the August 30^th home football game needs to contact Drew.

Don’t forget opening of school meetings—if you have not filled out your form–do so asap and return to Marsha.

Marsha handed out the list of new hires for the year and the promotions list. This sparked a discussion on the realignment of departments under different Vice-President’s, thus the need to realign the list of constituents for each member of PSAC. Drew needs to check the by-laws on how or if a realignment of the constituents is possible. Woodie, send Drew a reminder. Done.

Drew reminded everyone that PSAC meetings will be held the second Tuesday of every month at 2:00pm in the Miller Administration Boardroom. Marsha asked if it would be possible for the agenda to be sent to all members early so that we could be prepared with thoughtful comments.

Gloria suggested that PSAC should have a meet and greet with all of our constituents. This was tabled until next meeting.
