This nomination is for Kathleen Rivera, one of the many talented members of the Workforce Education and External Partnerships team within Continuing Education.

The best way to describe Kathy is is quintessential team player, talented, positive, and knowledgeable. Team members all agree that Kathy always puts Weber State and the Workforce Education team first. The value of her understanding of the critical administrative components necessary to help advance successful workforce education programs is immeasurable.

Kathy is coachable, willing to take direction, responsive, and always follows through with her promises. She has sound judgment, provides insightful observations, and understands the complexities and processes associated with her work. Her first priority always seems to involve finding constructive ways to assist both the director and the team, which is indispensably valuable and appreciated by everyone.

Kathy is nominated because of her outstanding contribution to Continuing Education.
