The 2009 Annual Meeting will be at
Weber State University

"A Word is Worth a Thousand Pictures"

Location:
The conference will be held in the Shepherd Union Building at the center of the Weber State University campus.

Exhibitors:
There will be an exhibitors session in the morning between sessions 1 and 2 (10:00) and one in the afternoon after the AAT meetings (2:00).

Parking:
No free on-campus parking will be available; however, participants are invited to park at the Dee Events Center (about one mile south of campus where a free shuttle will take them to and from the Union Building. We will have free UFLA shuttle service from 7:30-9:30 in the morning and 3:30-5:30 in the afternoon.

Registration:
Registration forms must be postmarked by Friday, October 23. Forms postmarked after that date will be treated as on-site registration, which will cost $60 plus UFLA Dues and no lunch will be available.

Poster Contest:
Don't forget to pick up a free copy of our last winning poster, from William Penn Elementary School. We also have some copies of last year's poster.
Entries in this year's contest must be delivered to the registration table by 9:00 AM.
